Summer Basketball Camp Scholarships Available for Middle School Students

Four County EMC is giving two local middle school students the opportunity to hit the hardwood alongside their favorite college basketball athletes and coaches this summer. Students can download an application beginning Jan. 1, 2019.
Four County EMC will select one student for each camp in a competitive process based on academics, extra-curricular activities and a short essay. Rising sixth through eighth graders are eligible to apply and the final deadline is March 31.
In 2019, camp dates are:
- Wolfpack Women's Camp: June 9-12
- Roy Williams Basketball Camp: June 22-26
Not only does the program allow North Carolina middle school students to spend time on a college campus, it also gives them the opportunity to receive individual and group instruction from two successful collegiate coaches to enhance their basketball skills.
